Salient Features
1.Connection between the crankshaft and bed as well as the rod all adopts the world-class SKF bearing for assortment, which is of small friction, quick and flexible operation and saving power.
2.Being cast by adding the nodular cast iron with alloy contained in the bed, therefore it possesses high tensile strength and favorable wear-resistance.
3.The main slide of five-station desk uses the trapezoidal design, which is limited by the fixed and adjustable plates on both sides and simply and closely structured, by assorting with the materials of highly wear-resistant alloy steel, first-class heat treatment and the overall lubricant road, so as to maximize the high-speed operation of bearing, and it is suitable for processing ordinary nut and roller products, bringing magnificent returns for the clients.
4.Cropping system uses the guide board to drive the cutting holder, and the guide board reciprocates and the cut off force transmits directly, which is kind of high-powered, stable and good dynamic balance.
5.Equipped with the pneumatic braking, it is flexible to control and convenient to debug.
6.Configured by the fault detection device and safety protection device, if the equipment is out of order, it will be shutdown automatically, providing a maximum protection to the equipment and tools mode.
7.Installed with the backstop equipment in the feeding box, improving the feeding accuracy.
This Series Nut Former are used to produce DIN 934, 985, 1587 and so on.
